-It is a color palette which is used by the browser for background or text color.A normal browser is only able to read 256 colors.These safe colors is sort in hexadecimal color code(example : black = #000000). If the browers is unable to read the color,the browers will read it as the closet color.

-Yes.It helps in showing the basic and also wad is required for web design.

-some common fonts face found on Pc and Mac: Arials, comic sans, courier and verdana

-Page loading time is the time taken for a page to load all the contents.page loading time influence my design as it tell that a more better design will normally take longer time to load

-After reading this article i think that when doing web design,there are some things that is needed to consider other than meeting the requirements of what the cilent wanted . web designers need to first do the research and analyzing before doing the web so that they are able to know what does the web need to be designed in what way.like any kind of production, web designing also need planning and step by step production, it is impossible to do all these at one go.with the help of the careful planning, it will help in making sure there will be less or no mistake when designing the web.it is important to know wad the designers are actually doing , if they are not sure of themselves ,they will have diffculties to finish doing the web
